Granola Energy Balls Recipe

Loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. Made with only 5 ingredients: peanut butter, old fashioned oats, flax seed, honey and chocolate chips. Everything gets combined in one bowl. Best of all you never have to turn on the oven.
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- ½ cup of ground flax seeds
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- ¼ cup of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extra
- Optional: ½ cup of mini chocolate chips
- Combined all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into ball using your hands.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
