How to Jump-Start Your 2025 Fitness Resolutions During the Holidays

The holiday season is upon us. We are trimming our trees and lighting up our homes. But what are you doing to “deck the halls” toward better health and fitness? If you want to make the best of it, why not get started now on your resolutions during the holidays?

The celebrations have already begun, but now’s the time to watch your eating and drinking habits; be a little more mindful of what is going into your mouth and how you are moving your body. I suggest you can spend some of this holiday time exercising and visualizing new goals that you want to achieve in 2025. Just imagine how much easier it will be in the new year if you start early. Of course, you might already be doing this; if so, keep it up!

Create your fitness goals today! Make them SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound. An example might be: "I want to gain two pounds of muscle by May 2025."
