Jason Seifried has been a personal trainer for six years and is certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. He is also a cancer recovery specialist. He has a bachelor of science in kinesiology - exercise science.
Jason is a Greek dancer and danced in the Houston Greek Festival for 12 years. He also played semi-pro basketball for The Houston Express. His favorite quote is: "The person who says they can or says they can’t are usually always right!"
