Grilling up a batch of chicken breasts or grabbing a rotisserie chicken can be a great way to make a quick meal, but if you’re looking to mix things up, here are three variations on chicken salad that are fast, nutritious and delicious.

If you prefer, you can also swap out chicken for canned tuna or salmon for each of these.

Healthy Sonoma Chicken Salad

Sometimes the tastiest approach is the healthiest one, as in this mix of chicken, grapes, pecans and celery. Calcium- and protein-rich Greek yogurt takes the place of mayo for added nutritional value. Click here for the recipe.

Heart-Healthy Chicken Salad

This low-fat Heart-Smart Chicken Salad is super easy to make, and is a must for stay-at-home picnics, lunches and quick dinner. With calcium- and protein-rich cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, it’s also low in sodium but big on taste. Click here for the recipe.

Inflammation-Busting Curry Chicken Salad

This curry chicken salad recipe includes turmeric-rich curry powder, garlic, onion and cherries – ingredients that are rich in antioxidants and good for anti-inflammation. Click here for the recipe.
