Tahini Milkshake Zero-Proof Cocktail Recipe
“Really? A tahini milkshake?” you ask. And I’m here to tell you: Yes. A million times yes. Get out of your comfort zone with this zero-proof cocktail, borrowed from Swerve’s ”Off the Sauce’’ recipe book.
- 3 ounces plain kefir
- 1 ounce Brown Swerve simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- Cherry to garnish
- Simple syrup
- ½ cup Brown Swerve
- 1 cup near-boiling water
- The simple syrup: Combine Swerve and hot water in a heatproof container and stir until dissolved.
- The drink: Mix kefir, simple syrup and tahini in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint.
