Blueberries are a super food, and here's a delicious way to enjoy them, along with other fresh fruits, in an easy-to-make smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 cup spinach greens
- 2 peeled, pitted and chopped peaches
- 6 ounces vanilla Greek-style yogurt (nonfat)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
