Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup dry rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder or unflavored collagen
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup allulose syrup (optional)
  • 1¼ cup your choice milk (almond milk, cows’ milk, coconut milk, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix oats, chia seeds, cranberries/raisins, pumpkin pie spice, protein/collagen powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, allulose syrup and milk and stir. Separate into four glass containers. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy cold or hot.
