How to Make Delicious Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oats
This overnight oats recipe is easy to make and includes the goodness of pumpkin and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1¼ cup dry rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder or unflavored collagen
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup allulose syrup (optional)
- 1¼ cup your choice milk (almond milk, cows’ milk, coconut milk, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine and mix oats, chia seeds, cranberries/raisins, pumpkin pie spice, protein/collagen powder and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, allulose syrup and milk and stir. Separate into four glass containers. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy cold or hot.
