This cool mocktail blends cucumber, non-alcoholic lavender bitters and kombucha.
Big Easy Cucumber Cooler by El Guapo Bitters
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 tablespoon El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters (El Guapo Bitters are non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 ounces Big Easy Bucha Geaux Green Kombucha
- 4 ounces club soda
- 2 slices cucumber, skewered for garnish
- In a clean cocktail shaker, muddle two slices of cucumber with El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters and ice, and shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Add Big Easy Bucha Geaux Green and top with club soda. Garnish with skewered cucumber before serving.
