Tracey Moffatt is Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Vice President of Quality for Ochsner Health System. In addition to serving as the system CNO, Tracey provides guidance for nursing leaders across the system to continue to advance quality, nursing professional practice, safety and initiatives to make care affordable.
Tracey has more than 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in nursing, operations and quality. She holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Medical Center.
Tracey has been recognized as the Missouri Hospital Association Distinguished Quality Professional and has received the Dr. Ted Sparling Award of Academic Excellence, East Jefferson Hospital Nurse Executive of the Year, and has numerous publications in the areas of disease management and telemedicine.
