Lilly Nugent is a dietetic intern with Tulane University's School of Public Health. A graduate of West Virginia University, Lilly is passionate about sustainability and its role in our food systems. After completing her dietetic internship in summer 2020, Lilly plans to work toward her master's degree in public health with the goal to create food policies that not only nourish our bodies but our environment too.
