Carrie Chou has been a clinical pharmacist with the Ochsner Digital Medicine team since 2017, and has worked in ambulatory care since 2010.
She completed her PharmD at Ohio State University and her pharmacy practice residency at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VAMC.
She enjoys working with patients to improve their self-management of chronic disease states, while utilizing remote patient monitoring, collaborative drug therapy management, and healthy lifestyle education.
