Brittany Craft, RDN, LDN is the registered dietitian nutritionist behind the operations, marketing, and programming for Eat Fit Northshore. She works closely with restaurants and markets in the Northshore region to identify and develop nutritious menu options. Brittany earned her BS in Food Sciences and Dietetics at Louisiana State University and completed her dietetic internship at North Oaks Medical Center.
