Ayushi Gupta is a dynamic and results-driven healthcare operations leader at Ochsner Health, where she serves as Director of Operations for Primary Care. With more than nine years of progressive leadership experience, Ayushi has led strategic initiatives that expand patient access, streamline clinic operations and strengthen engagement across both employee and provider teams.

Her expertise spans virtual care transformation, workforce development and large-scale program implementation, including system-wide telehealth, virtual messaging and care integration initiatives. Recognized for cultivating high-performing teams and delivering scalable solutions, Ayushi is passionate about driving innovation that improves patient experiences and operational excellence.

Before joining Ochsner, Ayushi began her career as a healthcare analyst on the insurance side, where she developed a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. She holds a Master of Health Services Administration in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as a Green Belt certification in LEAN Six Sigma.

Outside of work, Ayushi enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, traveling and singing.
