STAR Program & P-12 STEM Education Initiatives Director
Allison Fischtziur-Sharai is the Director of the Ochsner STAR Program and P-12 STEM Education Initiatives for Ochsner. As a strategic communication specialist and certified Project Manager, Allison has been active in the Greater New Orleans Education Policy community for the last decade, focused on the intersection of education and industry. Allison is on the Board of Directors for CORE Element and Rivertown Historic District and is an active member of the Jefferson Education Leadership Institute, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and St. Charles Parish Schools Health Sciences Advisory Board. Allison is a wife, mother of two beautiful children and child of 4 generations of school teachers.
