Alaina Wertz graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Exercise Science. She also has an associates degree in Nutrition from Central Arizona College. Alaina is currently the Youth Fitness Manager at Ochsner Fitness Center. She enjoys educating children about food and nutrition and the benefits of learning a healthy lifestyle at a young age.
