Are you taking the #AlcoholFreeFor40 Challenge? These New Orleans-area restaurants and bars have made it easier than ever to meet up with friends for drinks while still staying #AlcoholFree.

Alcohol-free “mocktails” are becoming more common on menus, but many are loaded with sugary syrups and juices. So our Eat Fit team has collaborated with local restaurants to serve up booze-free sips with zero added sugar in these fun, festive mocktails.

See full details below, as well as recipes for DIY mocktails you can do at home.

If you know of other great mocktails around town, please send us a note at staff.eatfit@gmail.com

Benefits of Fasting from Alcohol

Having libations at the onset (and duration) of an outing is frequent, especially in New Orleans. It’s easy to overindulge, so taking a break every now and then is warranted.
