Healthier Café Frappe: Blended, Frozen Coffee You Can Feel Good About

It’s no secret that many – if not most – coffee shop blended drinks are more dessert than actual coffee. It may come as a surprise, however, just how sugary these blends can be. A ‘medium’ 16-ounce blend can easily pack in more than 60 grams of sugar; that’s three days’ worth of added sugar.

Here are four nutritious-yet-still-delicious frozen blended coffee solutions that are rich in protein and low or no added sugar.
