Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange cabbage wedges on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast cabbage and flip halfway through cooking time.
