High-Calorie Blueberry & Walnuts Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of walnuts
- ½ banana
- 2 tablespoons oats
- tablespoon chia seeds
- 1½ scoops protein powder
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
