High-Calorie Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

- 1 banana, sliced
- 1½ tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 ounce soy protein powder
- 1 cup milk
- Add milk, banana, peanut butter and protein powder to your blender
- Add a small amount of water or a few ice cubes and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
