Brown Sugar Grilled Peaches (Recipe)
Peach season is at its peak during the hot summer months of July and August. Try this easy take on grilled fruit with peaches fresh from the local farmer's market.
- 4 large peaches
- 1 tablespoon pecan oil
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cut the peaches in half and remove pits. Toss peaches in a bowl with the pecan oil and brown sugar.
- Grill skin-side down until skin is slightly charred. Turn and grill on the other side until noticeable grill marks appear.
