Monica Morgan Dziuba graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences then completed her PharmD at University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Pharmacy in 2011. She subsequently completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
She has been with Ochsner Health for almost four years where she currently serves as the System Director for Clinical Pharmacy Services. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, justifying, implementing and maintaining pharmacy services that will improve patient outcomes and lower costs. This includes designing practice models for clinical pharmacy services to ensure a high quality of care as well as maintaining and enhancing financial stability.
