Katie Jurgenson, RD

Cardiovascular Dietician, Ochsner Medical Center – Jefferson Highway

Katie received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship at Tulane University in 2013. She began her career as a Registered Dietitian providing nutrition counseling and education classes in a private hospital specializing in mental health and chemical dependency and an acute care hospital. Katie joined Ochsner in 2014. She worked at Ochsner Medical Center as a clinical dietitian for both adult and pediatric populations. Katie is currently the clinical dietitian at Ochsner Cardiac rehab.
