Cereal is one of my least favorite options for breakfast. Most cereals that you’ll find on supermarket shelves are typically high in carbs and low in protein and fiber. However, there are a few protein- and fiber-rich options out there that taste good, too. Check out my top three picks for healthy breakfast cereal below.
