Try this easy take on grilled fruit with peaches fresh from the local farmer's market. 

Brown Sugar Grilled Peaches

Makes 8 servings

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 tablespoon pecan oil
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cut the peaches in half and remove pits. Toss peaches in a bowl with the pecan oil and brown sugar.

Grill skin-side down until skin is slightly charred. Turn and grill on the other side until noticeable grill marks appear.

Per serving: 60 calories, 2 grams fat, 0.5 grams saturated fat, 1 mg sodium, 11 grams carbohydrate, 1.5 grams fiber, 10 grams sugar, 1 gram protein.
