Dr. Norman Vince Hill received his undergraduate degree and medical degree from University of Maryland in Baltimore. Following this, he completed his internship and residency at Georgetown University in Washington in both internal medicine and pediatrics.

Dr. Hill is qualified to see patients of all ages, including children and adults. He joined the staff at Ochsner in October 2019
