Dr. Donny Dumani earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of California, San Diego. He then completed a Pathology Residency and a Transfusion Medicine Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Dumani’s special areas of interest are coagulation, donor apheresis, patient blood management, and tissue banking. He is board certified in Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking, and currently serves as the Medical Director of Transfusion Medicine and Blood Donor Services at Ochsner Health System.
