I left feeling more knowledgeable about my condition.

After this visit, I feel optimistic about getting treatment for my back pain for the first time. In over 3 years of trying to find out what is causing this and how to treat it, I've never felt any closer to a solution. And I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. This appointment, with the scheduling of an MRI, makes me actually think that I might be able to resume my life, which has been put on pause due to this debilitating back and hip pain. I'm very happy with this visit and this care team.

My care provider seemed to be very knowledgeable and certainly very kind. She listened to me and explained what she felt was the cause of my medical problem and how she planned to confirm her diagnosis with an MRI. She explained that uncompletion of the MRI, someone would call to make a follow-up appointment with me confirm or to change her diagnosis based on those findings. And that we would discuss treatment from that point. I found her very thorough and very caring and her approach. I would recommend her highly to friends and family.

I felt she did not truly believe me. Efficient but impersonal.

She made me feel safe hopeful, she listened as I talked and cried about what I went through that got me at hospital. She was encouraging helpful considerate understanding. She was helpful about my injuries and explain about my pain and what to do about it.

Dr. Harvey took her time to explain the results to me and patiently answered my questions. She even called me up to check how I was doing on my second visit. I would definitely recommend her.
