Elizabeth Spansel graduated with a bachelor's degree from LSU in Nutritional Sciences and completed her Dietetic internship at Southern University. As a Registered Dietitian, she developed an interest in diabetes and became a Certified Diabetes Educator and insulin pump trainer. Elizabeth empowers patients to manage their diabetes and reduce their risk of developing long term complications.
