Dr. Moore is currently Chairman of Otorhinolaryngology and Communication Sciences for Ochsner Health System. A native of Bowling Green, KY, Dr. Moore earned both his BA and MD from Tulane University. After finishing a residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University, he completed a two-year fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
His clinical interests include benign and malignant tumors of the upper aerodigestive tract, minimally invasive surgery (including both transoral robotic surgery and transoral laser surgery), advanced skin cancer, salivary gland disorders, and thyroid/parathyroid disorders.
