Dr. Bahij Khuri practices interventional cardiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Khuri earned his Medical Degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon and completed his Internship and Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. He completed his Fellowship in General Cardiology, Vascular Medicine and interventional Cardiology at Ochsner. Dr. Khuri is a Fellow of the American college of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. Dr. Khuri is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology and has been on staff since the fall of 2003. Dr. Khuri specializes in Cardiac and Peripheral Vascular Intervention and his expertise includes; complex coronary and peripheral angioplasty, carotid stenting, limb salvage, renovascular hypertension, brachy therapy, thrombosis and mechanical thrombectomy. Dr. Khuri is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
